St. Stephen's Hospital is a charitable healthcare institution; it is established and run by the minority Christian community administered by the Governing Body on behalf of the St. Stephen's Hospital Society. The School of Nursing was founded in 1908 by Ms. Alice Wilkinson and we started with ‘B’ Grade Nursing course. It was replaced with ‘A’ Grade Nursing course in 1952. In the year 2008, the School of Nursing got upgraded to College of Nursing with affiliation to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and is duly recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Delhi Nursing Council. MSc Nursing with 8 Seats at present and duration of 2 years. BSc (Hons.) Nursing with 50 Seats and duration of 4 years General Nursing and Midwifery with 50 Seats and duration of 3 years Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing with 20 Seats and duration of 2 years
